Daniel and Peter are awesome. I sold a rental property in Chatsworth and it got messy due to my tenant. Also, I was living hundreds of miles away in San Diego. It took me 9 months to get my despondent tenant out before I could put the house on the market. Once I got the tenant out it took just 3 months to sell. So 12 months in total. But during this time, Daniel and Peter went way above and beyond normal realtor duties and obligations. They were very helpful with my problem tenant and then very swift and organized once we got the house listed. They are very good communicators and walk you through the entire process taking time to explain the importance of each decision. That's very important for first time or inexperienced sellers. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend them.

Not living in the area looked on Zillow for a recommended realtor. Stumbled onto Peter and Daniel and hard to believe all the positive reviews. As many others have already said they are very good and deserving of all the praise people have wrote. Finally decided to put mom's house for sale but not in real rush to sell as I'd be basically the only one to clear out the house. I mean, how do you pick an agent where you don’t live? Met with Peter and Daniel and they listened to my situation and was patient and offered suggestions on a plan of attack. I went through the devastating experience of losing my home because the big bank did not want to restructure my loan. Hang in there, we are in this together people! We hired Peter & Daniel as our listing agent based on his stellar Yelp & Zillow reviews. I must say that Peter & Daniel lived up to the hype. There were a few things about Peter & Daniel that really set them apart from other realtors. First of all, when he meets with his clients he is very thorough and attentive. In the initial stages of the process we sat down several times with him, and he took the time to answer to explain the process completely and answered all of our questions. Peter Khoury also doubles as a handy man; one night as he was hanging out at our house waiting for a response to a counter offer, Peter Khoury rolled up his sleeves and cleaned out our water heater that was malfunctioning. Peter Khoury also secretly fixed a broken drawer in our kitchen, I went to open it one day and it was magically fixed...we later found out he had fixed it while hosting an open house in our home. I always would cringe when I see homes listed on MLS with photos of the realtor snapping pix in the bathroom mirror or a bag of Doritos on the counter, so I knew I wanted professional pictures for sure. If I could give more than five stars to Peter & Daniel, I would. He was everything I could have asked for in a realtor--and more. My fiancé and I started the home-buying process several months ago and picked Peter as our realtor after researching a ton and meeting with a few. I was most concerned about having a realtor who was always accessible and was always prompt with replies. Peter & Daniel always exceeded my expectations. He made himself available all the time, and there was never more than a five minute delay when we waited to hear back from him by text and email, and I can't ever think of a time when we called that he didn't answer his phone. He got us in to see properties the very first day they were listed--and often the listing agents were commenting about how fast we were to request to and view properties. Peter Khoury is hands-down the best real estate professional I have ever encountered. I would say that he is the only good realtor I've ever encountered, but I met a few of his colleagues at First American while I was looking for an condominium In the last 5 years I've lived in 3 condominiums between Studio City, Burbank and Los Angeles, and have been disrespected and ripped off by the listing agent during every move. First American’s reputation inspired hope for this time, so I got in touch with Peter. I was in a hurry to find a new place with a pretty tight budget, and he made it happen in a matter of hours! Peter treated me with such kindness, professionalism, and attention to my needs that I was in disbelief throughout the incredibly quick process. There were a few things about Peter & Daniel that really set them apart from other realtors. First of all, when he meets with his clients he is very thorough and attentive. In the initial stages of the process we sat down several times with him, and he took the time to answer to explain the process completely and answered all of our questions. Peter Khoury also doubles as a handy man; one night as he was hanging out at our house waiting for a response to a counter offer, Peter Khoury rolled up his sleeves and cleaned out our water heater that was malfunctioning. Peter Khoury also secretly fixed a broken drawer in our kitchen, I went to open it one day and it was magically fixed...we later found out he had fixed it while hosting an open house in our home. Peter & Daniel provides staging, professional photos, and virtual tours in his listings. I always would cringe when I see homes listed on MLS with photos of the realtor snapping pix in the the bathroom mirror or a bag of Doritos on the counter, so I knew I wanted professional pictures for sure. He also has a long list of reasonably priced contacts that we were able to utilize to fix things around the house to get it ready to sell such as appliance repairmen, handymen, painters, etc. Lastly, Peter & Daniel are honest and overall good guys. Despite having a booming real estate practice, he remains humble and down to earth. After selling our house, we enlisted Peter & Daniel as our buying agents. We had a house in mind ourselves, but as we put in the offer it was great peace of mind to know that such a knowledgeable professional was working to get us our dream home. Our offer was accepted, and Peter & Daniel handled all the paperwork smoothly and efficiently. I would like to add that Peter & Daniel uses Docusign, so we were able to sign most of the important paperwork via email rather than have to print, sign, and fax.
